Origins
The Firm was founded in 1993 by José Ignacio Alemany as a law firm specialised in tax matters, and since then it has grown by extending its practise to the commercial law field by the end of that year, to the labour field in 2002, and finally to litigation issues in 2006.
With the incorporation of José Antonio Escalona de Molina in April 2006, the Firm changes its name for ALEMANY, ESCALONA & ESCALANTE, therefore including the name of Mariola Escalante Sánchez, partner of the Firm since 2001.
The Firm provides full legal services with the aim of covering the legal needs of its clients� businesses. Since the beginning, the Firm has aimed towards great technical quality and high level of service. The participation of the members of the Firm in academic activities contributes to the achievement of such a goal.
